Cancellation, no-show, and package policy:
Because your services are exclusively reserved for you, a deposit may be required to hold your appointment at any time, at our discretion.
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Any cancellation with less than the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total appointment value.
Any no-show will be charged the full value of the appointment.
Packages may not be shared or gifted within package use.
Packages must be completed or forfeited by original client.
Packages must be used regularly to maintain value and to maintain any special package pricing. Any package idle for 60 days will begin expiring full value at day 61 for one session, and continue expiring one session value every 30 days thereafter.
In order to maintain any special package pricing under the "customer appreciation" program, packages must be renewed (repurchased) by each 3rd session in current package. All packages expire 6 months from date of purchase and must be completed or will be lost.
No refunds and No exchanges. No Exceptions.
